As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Growth & Marketing Lead who can help drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
Role Summary
The Growth & Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing Ceedmart’s marketing and customer acquisition strategy across both digital and offline channels.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires someone who can identify target customer segments, build go-to-market strategies, manage marketing campaigns, measure performance, and drive growth initiatives that contribute directly to business objectives.
The ideal candidate understands how to translate marketing activities into measurable business outcomes, including customer acquisition, sales growth, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy
Develop and execute Ceedmart’s growth and marketing strategy.
Define go-to-market approaches for new products and product categories.
Identify target customer segments and acquisition channels.
Develop customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Support revenue growth through strategic marketing campaigns.
Brand & Visibility
Increase awareness and visibility of the Ceedmart brand.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Coordinate outdoor advertising, in-store promotions, community engagement, and activation campaigns.
Identify partnership opportunities that increase market reach.
Digital Marketing
Manage social media strategy and execution.
Drive customer acquisition through digital campaigns.
Develop content calendars and campaign plans.
Monitor website traffic, engagement, conversions, and online sales performance.
Optimize marketing spend for maximum return.
Retail & Offline Marketing
Design and execute local marketing initiatives around the Port Harcourt market.
Support foot traffic growth to the physical store.
Coordinate promotions, events, roadshows, and community activations.
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to improve customer engagement.
Marketing Operations
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
Establish and track marketing KPIs.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Present monthly growth and marketing performance reports.
Team Leadership
Coordinate internal and external marketing resources.
Work closely with sales, operations, procurement, and management teams.
Drive accountability toward marketing and growth objectives.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting sales-driven businesses.
Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing.
Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
Experience working in retail, distribution, FMCG, e-commerce, electronics, solar, or product-focused businesses.
Experience managing marketing budgets.
Experience leading teams or coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with customer acquisition and growth marketing strategies.
